Method & notes
This view compares published ailing-project counts by state while keeping unit and buyer exposure separate.
METHOD & LIMITATIONSHow the numbers were calculated
PulseKita uses only the 'sakit' project-count column from KPKT's 2024 state table. Units and buyer exposure are stored separately and are not added to project counts. The chart describes where the published ailing-project stock was located; it is not a ranking of state-government or developer performance.
- The 12 source rows reconcile to 392 ailing projects, 64,864 units and 34,491 buyers in 2024.
- Selangor recorded 98 ailing projects, but those projects represented 3,549 units; project count and unit exposure can therefore tell different stories.
- Melaka recorded 22 ailing projects covering 16,418 units, illustrating why project count should not be used as a proxy for household exposure.
- The Wilayah Persekutuan row is preserved as published by KPKT.
