METHOD & LIMITATIONSHow the numbers were calculated
PulseKita transcribes JKPTG's official 2020 and 2021 strata-registration infographics state by state. These are cumulative registered strata parcels, not annual new registrations. The state rows are preserved exactly as printed.
- The 2020 state rows reconcile exactly to the infographic headline total of 1,589,837 parcels.
- The 2021 state rows sum to 1,749,150 parcels while the infographic headline says 1,749,152; PulseKita preserves the two-parcel discrepancy rather than altering a state value.
- Selangor rises from 652,092 registered parcels in 2020 to 708,041 in 2021.
- W.P. Kuala Lumpur rises from 392,772 to 443,897 over the same two snapshots.
- These cumulative title counts do not measure the speed of strata-title issuance or the number of buildings awaiting title.
