This historical JKPTG baseline shows where Special Building strata-title registration had progressed by end-2020.
METHOD & LIMITATIONSHow the numbers were calculated
PulseKita transcribes JKPTG Table 5 / Figure 12 from its descriptive study of high-rise buildings without strata title. The data is historical through 31 December 2020 and covers the report's Special Building category.
- The source table records 81,298 registered parcels and 116,393 unregistered parcels across the recorded Special Building schemes.
- The source table totals 81,298 registered parcels, while nearby prose states 81,928; PulseKita preserves the table rows and flags the 630-parcel discrepancy.
- A zero in the report means no registered parcels recorded for that state/category at the source date, not that the state had no strata development generally.
- This is not current 2026 land-office inventory and should remain labelled as a historical baseline.
- JKPTG's open-data catalogue will be used for newer strata, land-acquisition, survey, estate and land-transfer datasets as those files are materialised.
