PulseKita reads DOSM's ICTHS state-and-strata dataset and uses only the overall stratum. ICT use refers to individuals aged 15 and above and the survey reference period is the three months before interview.
- This is a survey percentage of individuals, not broadband subscriptions.
- The latest official source currently covers 2025 and was updated on data.gov.my in September 2026.
- Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya are fully urban, so the source does not publish a rural stratum for them; this story uses overall values only.
