Method & notes
IN BRIEF

The transaction race shows application workload, not which council is faster or better.

METHOD & LIMITATIONS

How the numbers were calculated

PulseKita reads the public 'Jumlah Transaksi Online 2026' table from each configured Selangor OSC 3.0 Plus council page and sums the seven published categories by month. Source pages are fetched independently, so temporarily unavailable councils are omitted rather than assigned zero. Reviewed MBPJ and MBSJ snapshots are retained as a source-backed fallback if KPKT pages are unavailable during rendering.

  • Transaction volume is workload/activity, not approval speed, approval rate or service quality.
  • A council with more development activity can naturally record more transactions.
  • Future months shown as zero on the source page are not treated as observed activity.
  • Current render obtained live/fallback data for 11 council pages; coverage can expand automatically as source pages respond.
  • The story does not infer application outcomes because the public homepage table reports transaction volume by application category, not approval decisions.
