The Transport Minister says RM314 million in JPJ revenue collected by My E.G. Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI was not remitted to the Ministry of Transport's Main Revenue Account.

WHAT ZETRIX HAS PUBLICLY SAID

Zetrix AI confirmed the temporary JPJ service suspension and said it was in discussions to resolve the issues. Its brief Bursa response did not set out a detailed response to the RM314 million figure.

HOW PULSEKITA LABELS IT

The government says it intends to take legal action to recover the full amount. PulseKita treats RM314 million as a government claim / stated outstanding remittance unless and until the amount is admitted, settled or determined through a formal process.

DO NOT GENERALISE THE JPJ CASE

Not every MYEG government relationship involves MYEG holding public money.

PERKESO separately clarified on 5 October that Zetrix does not collect statutory social-security contributions from employers or employees on PERKESO's behalf. That is why PulseKita keeps the JPJ remittance dispute specific to the JPJ collection-agent model.
