Method & notes
IN BRIEF

MPKJ publishes achievement against specific response and processing targets, but those percentages should be read service by service rather than turned into a single council score.

METHOD & LIMITATIONS

How the numbers were calculated

PulseKita transcribes selected citizen-facing achievement percentages from MPKJ's January-June 2025 customer-charter page. Each percentage is measured against that commitment's own target, so the chart should not be used to rank the importance or difficulty of different services. It is also not a cross-council comparison.

  • Complaint acknowledgement within 3 working days was published at 100%.
  • Complaint investigation within 7 days was published at 93%.
  • Domestic solid-waste collection at least twice weekly per zone was published at 96%.
  • Business-licence processing within 30 working days was published at 100%.
  • The selected metrics have different denominators, target windows and operational difficulty.
  • PulseKita stores 10 selected citizen-facing commitments from the same council and reporting period.
