Method & notes
IN BRIEF

District crop output reveals local production clusters, but tonnage should not be interpreted as agricultural income.

METHOD & LIMITATIONS

How the numbers were calculated

PulseKita sums the official district crop-production records across crop types and species for each district and year.

  • This covers crops only; livestock, fisheries and other agricultural activities are outside this dataset.
  • Districts with zero agricultural activity are omitted from the official source.
  • Physical tonnage is not the same as economic value because different crops have very different prices.
